1. Can I order mixed samples of perfume bottles, diffuser bottles and Attar bottles?
Yes absolutely. We support mixed sample orders of all our products. All samples are free of charge, you only need to pay for the international shipping cost. We will arrange shipment within 5 working days once the sample list is confirmed.
2. What is the MOQ for standard products and customized products?
For in-stock standard glass bottles, the minimum order quantity is flexible. For products with custom logo, color or surface processing, MOQ is 1000 pieces. If you need to open new molds for exclusive bottle shapes, our sales team will quote MOQ and mold cost separately.
3. How long is the production and delivery cycle?
Stock products: Ready for shipment within 3-5 working days. Custom processed products: 15-25 working days for production. New mold customized products take about 30-40 working days. International shipping time depends on your destination and shipping method.
4. What surface processing technologies can you provide?
We provide multiple processing: silk screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, spray painting, electroplating and labeling. These services are available for perfume bottles, diffuser bottles and Attar bottles to improve product appearance and brand recognition.
5. How do you prevent glass bottles from breaking during transportation?
We use thick cartons + customized foam inner boxes for separate packaging. Large orders will use wooden pallets for reinforcement. Our professional fragile goods packaging greatly reduces the breakage rate in long-distance international transportation.
6. What should I do if I receive defective or damaged products?
Please take photos or videos of defective/damaged goods within 7 days after receiving the cargo and contact our support team. We will verify the problem quickly, and provide free re-production, supplementary delivery or refund according to the actual situation.
7. Can you provide documents for customs clearance?
Yes. We can provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, product inspection report and relevant qualification documents to support your local customs clearance. All documents are made in English to meet international trade requirements.
Do you assign engineer for after-sale service?
We have installation manuals and online video installation guides, or we can arrange for an engineer to guide the installation on site if necessary.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally, 20 days if the goods are in stock and 30 days if they are not. Depends on the quantity you order.
